A few more weeks for our fruit to ripen! Escape to our farm and savor the sweetness of harvest season, we will have a variety of fruit from May to August! For the picking, you can enjoy fruit right off the trees when you come stay in one of our beautiful casitas.
Stay tuned to our page for more information. We will be joining some local farmers markets in Tucson and Phoenix. Remember you can always stop by, just to buy fruit! We are working hard to make it more convenient for everyone to enjoy fresh Aravaipa fruit.

They are showing off around the farm. We have our trees planted in segments or “blocks” so when it comes time to harvest, we do not have to harvest everything at once. In the last video you can see a great example of this as our trees are in different phases.

It’s not the holidays without some tasty desserts! Try this easy No Bake Chocolate Torte!🎄
Ingredients:
● 2 1⁄2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs, about 26 Oreo Cookies
● 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
● 1 cup heavy whipping cream
● 2 cups bittersweet chocolate-chopped
● 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Directions:
Finely crush the whole Oreo cookies in a food processor, add melted butter and blend until it’s all moistened
● Press crumb mixture onto bottom and up the sides of the prepared 9-inch tart pan by lightly greasing the edges of the pan with cooking spray
● Place in the freezer while you make the filling
● In a medium heatproof bowl, place chopped bittersweet chocolate, set aside
● In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the heavy cream and butter to a low boil
● Remove from the heat and pour mixture over the bittersweet chocolate
● Let stand for 1 minute and slowly stir together with spatula until the chocolate is completely
melted and smooth
● Pour mixture over chilled crust and refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours or overnight
Serve chilled topped with raspberries or powdered sugar!
