Ingredients
Dutch oven
Parchment paper
Baking sheet
Bowl and mixer
3 cups flour
1¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp yeast
1½ cups and 2 tsp water
Instructions
12-18 hours prior to when you want to bake the bread, mix flour, salt, yeast, and water together in a bowl. Let it rise overnight.
Preheat the Dutch oven to 440 degrees.
Take the risen dough out of the bowl, place it on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, then put it into the preheated Dutch oven.
Cover and bake approximately 35-40 minutes*, or until it is light brown.
Remove the cover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes*.
