  • Butterfly Garden Lawn

This large lawn, with eucalyptus trees, is situated between the Farmhouse casita and the Butterfly Garden & Ramada. It includes ample space for 75 guests. The Ramada has the capacity for 35 guests, so it’s the perfect amount of space to hold cocktail hour or place a dance floor, as guests can grab a drink and mill around on the lawn.

  • Pear Meadow

The Pear Meadow is a round grassy meadow under a single, picturesque pecan tree on the south end of the Asian Pear Orchard. While it is the smallest of the venues, with seated capacity at approximately 60, it has the best views of the surrounding mountains, and is the most shaded and secluded.

  • Apricot Meadow

The Apricot Meadow is the largest of the venues, seating approximately 125 people. Located on the north end of the Apricot and Peach Orchards, it includes a large grassy meadow under five large pecan trees which provide ample shade from April through November.

We’ve got answers.

Commonly Asked Questions

Q. How do weddings work at Aravaipa Farms?

We are an experiential wedding venue, where you will get much more than just a site for a few hours. Imagine spending the weekend with your loved ones, enjoying all the area has to offer. You will get at least two nights at the inn with access to several areas on our property for the full two days, as we have a two-night policy. Some people have had their rehearsal dinner, brunch, ceremony, and reception all in different spots throughout the orchard and inn! During the day, you and your guests can either relax or explore the area to your hearts’ desire, while spending precious time together.

Q. Where can everyone sleep?

We can sleep up to 30 guests in 12 rooms if you choose a full farm rental, plus the Strawbale House add-on. If you need room for a few more, we have room for 10 campers in tents. It’s also easy to arrange bus transport to hotels in Oro Valley or Superior. Click here for more details on our accommodations.

Food

If you’re planning on a small affair of 30 guests or less, we can provide an informal breakfast and/or lunch for an additional charge.

Larger parties require outside catering. Most standard dietary restrictions can be accommodated, but must be communicated at least one month in advance.

We recommend using a caterer for your rehearsal and wedding dinners, as these meals are often the centerpiece of your wedding. We have relationships with a variety of caterers from the Tucson area. They can accommodate a variety of tastes and needs.

Alcohol

We do not currently have a liquor license, which means no sale of any kind involving alcohol can happen on our property. This means any alcohol served must be in an open bar, which your guests will love! The Bride and Groom can choose exactly which varieties they wish to serve, and can get them at wholesale price through whichever supplier they prefer, instead of having to pay third-party fees, like corking fees.
