ESTATE PRODUCE GARDEN
One of the goals of the farm is to produce and serve as much of our own food as possible. Therefore, we jam, pickle, preserve, and jar seasonally in order to share these delightful flavors throughout the year. We are proud to feature an 11,000 sq. ft. vegetable and flower garden. Anything we can’t use in a timely matter is sold at markets and restaurants.
The winter garden (Oct. –Apr.) features many root vegetables and greens, such as asparagus, broccoli, carrots, celery, spinach, arugula, onions and bok choy. The summer garden (May–Sept.) produces beans, peas, peppers, tomatoes, squash, melons, and flowers. When available, our produce and fruits are available for our our guests to purchase.
