Rustic, colorful and full of charm, every nook of this quaint country inn has been handcrafted using local timber, stone, adobe, flagstone, tin, and mosaic tile. Every room features an eclectic blend of furnishings, textiles and artwork collected from near and far by Carol Steele and the new owners Kevin and Jill Madden.
By design we don’t furnish TVs so you can have more time to fill your senses with the sights, sounds, aromas and flavors of the desert southwest. Sip wine as you savor another iconic Arizona sunset on your private patio overlooking the sandstone canyon cliffs. Or count the hummingbirds zipping by your gurgling fountain. Every indoor and outdoor fireplace comes stocked with wood and kindling to keep you warm long into the star-filled night.
Under our clear, dark Arizona skies, stargazing after dinner is out of this world. Bring your camera or your friends back home will never believe how brilliant the Milky Way shines. When it’s shut-eye time, climb into our luxurious bedding and sleep like a log while the wildlife outside comes alive. Owls, bobcats, mountain lion, javelina and ring tailed cats are just some of the species that will be on the prowl while you slumber soundly. Before you wake, a chorus of birds outside your window will accompany another majestic Arizona sunrise over the distant peaks, heralding the start of a brand new day.
Newly remodeled and fully furnished, the Main House house sleeps six with three bedrooms and two baths. “Just returned from a great weekend at Aravaipa Farms. It was the perfect getaway. I had never been to the farm before, and having seen the reviews prior to its sale was not sure what to expect, however the new owners have done wonders.”Tricia D
